This section is intended to be a news roundup of sorts, providing details and information on past events, gatherings, etc. of The Gluten-Free Gang of Central Ohio.

April 21-26 2003 was "Gluten Free Week" at the ViewPoint Bistro, Drake Performance & Event Center, The Ohio State University.

A number of us took advantage of the Bistro's offering of a wonderful menu. We enjoyed

	Grilled spring vegetable terrine; cilantro vinaigrette and salad greens;
	Poached chicken breast, stuffed with vegetables de Provence, wrapped in savoy cabbage; served with braised red cabbage and duchess potatoes;
	Marinated seasonal berries in an almond lace basket with sauce anglaise and fresh fruit puree.

The ViewPoint also set up a great table of GF products and information to educate other customers and staff. Many thanks to Scott Lissner for making the arrangements. The Drake Union is located at 1849 Cannon Drive, Columbus, OH, reservations are not required but suggested, especially for large groups; please call Patti DeLano at 247-7873.
